Response to Multi-modal AI for Advanced Situational Decisions. A provenance-first architecture that fuses structured outputs from existing sensor, intelligence, operational, policy and human-reporting systems into explainable, policy-aware decision support for tactical, operational and strategic users. Rules are enforced before the AI sees the data; every input, prompt, response, correction and decision is chained. Demonstrated on a synthetic Arctic pan-domain scenario spanning submarine, airborne surveillance, SIGINT/RF, maritime task group, Canadian Ranger, OSINT, policy/legal and environmental/social inputs.

Response to Reliable AI Sensor Fusion for Real-World Missions. A modular compliance layer that tags every data element at ingestion—source, sensor type, classification, timestamp, domain—and evaluates it against machine-readable policy before any AI reasoning occurs. Enforcement (permit, restrict, downgrade, segregate) is deterministic and automatic, with human review reserved for exceptions, and every decision is written to a tamper-evident audit trail suitable for compliance review, forensic analysis and accreditation.
